Just Back from Vacation

Gotta keep the sun off your head here in Florida!
Hey! Just got back from my extra nice vacation! I spent my time swimming, running, playing, sleeping, eating, watching TV and hugging the girls and letting them scratch me. I slept for 2 days upon my return. I missed the owners so much, I slept in their bed, right in between them. Glad I know how to write 'cause I have laryngitis from barking so much with my friends.

It's back to work on the real estate newsletter. If you want to see my handiwork I'll send you a copy of my monthly "Tyde Speaks Out on Pets" article. Just email me at tydespeaks@gmail.com and I'll put my paws on a copy for you. I want to be sure the humans choose compatible pets and find plenty of space in a new home.

Tyde Celebrating the 4th of July

Hi All, Happy 4th of July! Remember when you are celebrating to stay far enough away from the BBQ just to catch the hot dogs that roll off onto the ground. Don't get too close or you'll get burned.

When lighting fireworks, adults only! Pets and kids should not handle matches, lighters, or fireworks of any kind. It's enough fun just to watch and then hide from the big noise makers. It's all about independence today, being free to choose my thoughts, words and actions, of course all in the dog world. Remember to use sunscreen, stay hydrated and keep cool like me. Hats are a great way to keep the sun off your head. I have several favorites myself. And most of all, please do not leave pets in the car unless of course you leave the a/c running. One more hot dog (I mean frank) please!

Fidel's Turn for a vacation

I hear Fidel cannot wait til she can escape my drooling tongue. She's finished with me chasing her all over, eating her food and stealing her toys and catnip. I photographed her for Tom. Since he some how still thinks she's CUTE? I'm starting to call her chubby of late. Very heavy and flabby. Not like me I exercise every day.

I have a special assignment this week: The Water Ways of Sandsprit Park. I'm on location each day with Papa Al, running, barking at tortoises, would love to get a bunny to play with, found a snake or two. Most of all I wrove (=love) of water and swimming. I'm opening a challenge to any other dog who thinks he/she can beat me around the Sandsprit Point. I have the edge.
Signing off as 'Tyde, even though the photo shows Fidel, getting ready to move! (No love lost there)
